Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, email support@oaklynstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted. Do not send returns to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include clear photos when possible. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, or personal-care and beauty products that have been opened or used. Sale or clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item can be returned.

Return shipping

If the return is caused by our error or an item is damaged or defective, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping where required. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return and, after approval, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union cooling-off period

If an order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting an approved return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@oaklynstore.com.
